<p style="opacity: 0; width: 0; height: 0; border: none; outline: none; display: block; overflow: hidden; margin: 0; padding: 0;" data-mce-style="opacity: 0; width: 0; height: 0; border: none; outline: none; display: block; overflow: hidden; margin: 0; padding: 0;">.</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;" data-mce-style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">荆楚网（湖北日报网）讯（通讯员费琦琪、柯丽）近日，大冶市陈贵镇新时代文明实践所、镇政务服务中心和陈贵街社区联合开展“便民服务进社区”活动，将服务阵地前移至百姓家门口，用心连通党员干部联系服务群众的“最后一米”。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;" data-mce-style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">“方爷爷，您的优待证我去代办！您把这些材料准备好，我明天上门来取，也可以微信传我，我帮您线上申领优待证。”前期，社区干部通过上门走访了解到退役军人方周朗是一名80多岁的高龄老人，考虑到老人身体不好、行动不便，社区干部就提前告知老人办理退役军人优待证所需的资料，通过上门服务帮助老人代交资料和提交申请。通过“帮代办”方式，社区共为5位退役军人办理了退役军人优待证，并在6月23日这一天，将象征着军人荣誉的专属“红色名片”郑重交到了他们手中。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;" data-mce-style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">当天，该镇“政务帮帮团志愿服务队”还开展了“智慧助老”进社区志愿服务，教老年人使用智能手机，学会用手机在网上办事，提升老年人对智能设备的运用能力。志愿者们走访了社区10余户空巢老人、残疾老人，他们以“面对面”“手把手”的形式，通过一对一的互动，详细地向老年人讲解如何使用WIFI、开关数据、添加朋友、面对面建群、复制信息、粘贴信息、发送图片等微信功能。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;" data-mce-style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">“对少部分现场无法解决的问题，我们记录在册，安排合适的‘代办员’与群众联系，配合相关部门联动解决。”陈贵街社区党组织书记程灯莲说。</p><p style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;" data-mce-style="margin-top: 2em; margin-bottom: 2em; line-height: 1.5; font-size: 18px; text-align: justify;">下一步，陈贵镇将以“党建引领+志愿服务”为主要模式，结合党员干部“下基层、察民情、解民忧、暖民心”实践活动，进一步组织党员干部和志愿者深入湾组、小区、生产一线，耐心聆听居民问题、细心记录居民需求、用心引导居民行为，用实际行动架起与居民之间的连心桥。</p>
